Peter Montford is one of the most experienced Power Meter coaches in Australia. Peter has been coaching cyclists and triathletes since 1992. Peter has over six years’ experience using and coaching with power meters, Peter now focuses exclusively on training with power. Peter is an accredited Australian Cycling coach and holds a degree in Psychology and Philosophy. Peter has competed in a wide range of cycling events since 1976. He has been a State Team Time Trial Champion and has held a number of Time Trial records.

 
 

Alex Simmons is an accredited Cycling Australia Coach, Commissaire and is a regular track and road cycling competitor himself, including winning a State Championship title in the Teams Pursuit and making the podium at National Masters Track, State Criterium and Team Time Trial Championships. Well known on the public power training forums as an advocate of racing and training with power meters, Alex regularly provides advice and insight into the use and application of the latest power analysis tools and is a proponent of scientific and professionally-based coaching principles. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the ANU (Mathematics, Physics), is an Associate Coach with Richard Stern Training and has coached riders from the UK, USA and Australia.
